Teachers’ Exam Set For April 17
Superintendent Q. D. Gasque has announced that the State Board of Education has fixed Saturday, April 17, as the date on which the Teachers’ Reading Course Examination for the renewal of certificates will be given. This examination will 'be given in the School Board office, Fronts Royal, on the above date beginning at 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The examination will be based on the following books: ‘The Big Change,**' “Course^of Empire,” Cooperative Procedures In Learning,” and “Always the Young Strangers.”
This will be the only examination to be given this year and anyone ^planning to take the examination should notify Supt. Q. D. Gasque of ■ their intention to do so on or, before April 1. .. ) " ;v'V , '
