Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lee Compton and family of Hajhiarket spent the weekend with Mrs. Compton’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Gore. Mr. and Mrs. Ora Corbin of Culpeper spent Sunday at the Gore home. Little Franklin (Butch) Johnston is recovering slowly after a long illness with the Yellow Jaundice. His two brothers, James Donald and— Russell Brue received gamma globulin to protect 'thejp from the disease.
Mrs. Brue Settle is on the sick list. Mrs. Ernest Mozingo, who haS been quite sick with the virus flu, is able to be out again.
Mrs. Eddie Gore and son, Garry Lynn of Indian Head, Maryland are spending some time with Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gore. William Biirke of Griff insburg spent Friday night with his brotherin-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Shelby Frazier.
