PUBLIC ROAD HEARING
AT A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY HELD AT THE
COURT HOUSE OF SAID COUNTY ON WEDNESDAY,
MARCH 3, 1954. /
ALL MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD BEING PRESENT:
Mr. P. B. Coldiron, Resident Engineer, appeared before, the Board and requested that a publib road hearing be set for April 7, 1954. Upon motion of Supervisors A. H. Buckner, Jr., and Seconded by Supervisors W. C. Campbell and carried, the Board hereby instructs 'its Clerk to give notice as provided in Title 33, Section 47 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, that a. representative of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, at the Court House of said County on Wednesday, April 7, 1954 at 10:00 A.M., for the purpose of discussing and advising with the Board and citizens present at said meeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement, including construction, and reconstruction of the roads in the Secondary System of State Highways in Rappahannock County, the said notice to be published in the Rappahannock News in the issues of March 11th and 18th, 1954; and the Clerk ip further instructed to post a copy of said notice on the Bulletin Board at the Court House. : Jj 3
