In Stonewall Magisterial District,
Near Woodvilte, Rappahannock County, Va.
In execution of two certain deeds of trust dated June 30th, 1953, from Joseph F. Berry and Katherine S. Berry, his wife, of record in5 the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 59 at Page 474 thru Page 480 default having been made in the provisions of same, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction on
SATURDAY, MARCH 27,1954
at 11 o’clock A.M.
at the front door of the Court £[ouse for Rappahannock County, Virginia, that tract of land with buildings thereon containing 176 acres more or less and being on both sides of the turnpike leading from Mount Lebanon to Woodville, Virginia and being the same land conveyed to Joseph F. Berry by three deeds hereinafter described:—
FIRST: A one-third undivided interest of George W. Berry in the 176 acres more or less, eonveyed to Joseph F. Berry, by deed dated October 19th, 1949 from E. E. Johnson, Trustee, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 52 at Page 408.
SECOND: A one-third undivided interest in 176 acres more or less conveyed to Joseph F. Berry by deed dated June 24th, 1949, from J. Rufus Berry, which deed is of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 52 at Page 489.
THIRD: A one-third undivided interest in the 176 acres more Or less, conveyed to Joseph F. Berry, by deed dated October 13th, 1956 from Emily Berry, of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 54 at Page 499.
The above described 176 acres more or less being the same land of which Jordon R. Berry died seized and possessed, intestate, survived by three children and his sole heirs at law, namely: George W. Berry, Emily Berry and J. Rufus Berry. _
