Nominating committee appointed were: Mrs. Frank Cary and Mrs. Gilbert Profitt. Demonstration given was “Easier and Shorter Wash Days.”

Mrs. Lucia Kilby was hostess for Sperryville H. D. Club. The ' members welcomed Mrs. Carl Weddle and Mrs. H. H. Aylor as guests. Plans were completed for Serving Ruritan Dinner. Demonstration was on “Easier and Shorter Wash Days.”

After the meeting the ladies gave a surprise shower for their home agent.

The year book committee for H. D. clubs met and planned the year book for the coming year at the home of Mrs. Jack Pearman. The year book committee consisted of Mrs. Anne Thompson, Mrs. Jessie Rowzie and Mrs. Pearman. —

Sperryville III 4-H met Tuesday. Peachey Lyne gave report of the County Council. Officers in this club are: Presideht, Chucky Wayland; Vice President, Peachy Lyne; Secretary, Linda Lou Dodson ; Devotional Leader, Pat Reeves; Song Leader, Nancy Brown. Peachy Lyne talked oh how to give a demonstration. The Health project has been selected by the club and Taking Care of Teeth was presented by Mrs. Quaintance and the home agent.
