FISH WILL SUFFER IF DROUGHT PROLONGED

Despite recent rains and snows during the winter, there are still a good many sections of the state where streams are still low and unJess we have a great deal more rain than has fallen up to the present time, many fish will continue to suffer the after effects of prolonged drought, according to G. W. Buller, Chidfof the Fish Division of the Coti^fiission of Game and Inland Fisheries.

5th Annual Meeting

Of Shen-Valley Meat Packers Inc., Friday

The Fifth Annual Meeting of the Shen-Valley Meat Packer* Cooperative will be held Friday, March 11 at the Broadway High School preceded by a tour of the packing plant at Timberville.

This is the largest cooperative meat plant in the U. S. with a membership of some 1700 livestock producers from Virginia and West Virginia Counties.
