Before coming to Washington in 1952, he served as general1 manager of the American Rice_ Growers Cooperative Association in Louisiana. Under his direction this association became the world’s largest grower-owned market agency for rice. |

Several hundred members and their guest are expected at a free luncheon of hickory-smoked ham produced by the cooperative plant and for the business meeting. ' Cafeteria at 12:30 p.m. by j the Ladies Auxiliary of the Broadway Fire Company.

At 1:45 p.m. the business session will be held in the Auditorium of the Broadway High School. Mr. A. J. Jesse, Sec-Treasurer and General Manager will make his \ annual report on the 1954 operations to the membership. Then R. S. Graves, Syria, President of the Organisation, will give his report.

Eight directors will be elected for a three year term on the board by the membership.

After an open forum, the meeting will adjourn. The ^directors will then elect officers. * :
