other improvements thereon, locoated on and near Gay Street

and Calvert Street in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock

County, Virginia. (The above mentioned property has one 10-room dwelling house, 2 smaller dwelling houses and ari office thereon.)

The sale will be conducted on the premises at the intersection

of Gay and Calvert Streets, Washington, Virginia, beginning

at 10 o’clock A.M. on Saturday, June 4,1955 and continuing until

all the property has been sold. The real estate, with improvements thereon, will be offered for sale in parcels, the exact size and description of which will be announced at the time of the sale. In the case of real estate the purchaser will be required to give a deposit of not less than 10% of the purchase price, and to make full settlement within 30 days. ]
