eigjit our group was organized and naijnafter meeting regularly each month ed, “The Sperry ville H o nj e. Demonstration Club” with charter members. .. Our first money making project was in the fall of 1953, when, working with the County Agent, we served a group of Orchardisjts a picnic supper.
We spent time with the three groups of 4-H’ers at the Sperryville school to help them make plans for “Rural Life Sunday/’ This help was given to the 4-H’efs to encourage their participation ^n Church and Church activities..
Last summer our Club served *t the 4-H group leader for their summer project. Three demonstrations were given with records being completed at the fourth. Then a picnic was enjoyed by the Home Demonstration club, their families and the 4-H club.
