The decision rendered June 17, 1956, in a civil case brought by the United States of America against three Carroll County, Md., farmers. An appeal has been taken and is on the Fall calendar of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
The defendants raised 20 separate defenses and objected to much of the Government’s evidence and most of the exhibits. However, the court sustained the Government’s position in all respects.
