At a meeting' of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannode County, Virginia, held at the Court House thereof on Friday, the 30th Day of December, 1965, pursuant to adjournment on December 7th, 1965.

WHEREAS, The General Assembly of Virginia has enacted by overwhelming vote an Act submitting to the ipeople the question whether or not there shall be a limited convention, to which there will be delegated by the people, only the limited powers of revising and amending Section 141 of the Constitution to make possible .certain legislation proposed by the Gray Commission; and
