“The current debate on thte Gray Commission’s report has only succeeded in confusing the minds of those who will vote on January 9.
“It is regrettable that so simple an issue should be beclouded by well meaning people oii both sides.
“When the citizens of Virginia enter the polls in this election they *will have the duty of deciding whether the entire life of the Commonwealth will be advantaged or disadvantaged by mixing black chil' dren and white children in the same public schools. Those who vote ‘yes’ will vote for segregation; those who vote ‘no’ will vote for integration. It is just that simple.
