Someone has been going around stating he is from the Health Department demanding that people use his services for disinfecting septic tanks, pit privies!, and the like, at a charge, or they will be prosecuted
This person (or persons) is not known to the Rappahannock Co. Health Department. There is no charge for most services of the Health Department, (just large xrays), and such a procedure is not advised. Cleaning is all that is advised, not as a routine but advise will be given on request to the Rappahannock County Health Department.
Anytime that anyone comes to you with services requiring pay please bring this to the attention if the Sheriff, State Police or Health Department. , ■
