Whereas, the Rev. A. Paul Thompson resigned as pastor of F. T. and Reynolds Memorial Baptist Churches in Rappahannock County effective September 1st, 1956, we the members of Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church wish to record our appreciation for his services to us, and our regret in his leaving us.
Reverend Thompson, feeling that he could be of greater service in a somewhat different, but closely related field, has accepted a position as instructor in Fork Union Academy.
