Sift all together^ then add Vs cup milk 1 ^gg, Beat until smooth. Add 1 cup finely chopped apples. Drop by spoonfuls in hot 375 fat \Vi inch deep in pan. Leave in fat 4 minutes or until brown. Drain and rpll in powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon.(Note: These are especially good with honey.
