The |arge turn out at Flint Hill Fire Ffouse last Thursday was a surprising indication that many residents of Rappahannock are enthusiastic regarding the possibility of a clean,noiseless* respectable in4ustry settling in the county. ' The plan, should it materialize, would require the construction or otherwise obtaining by resident^ of the county, a cinder block bunding; brick-faced on'three sides, on a tract of about three acres to include ample off-streeVf£rking.
The company would^lease the building for a guaranteed period of ten years; would provide its owA water, light, heat, electricity anaother necessary facilities; and pay sufficient rent to retire a 5 7c bond issue within the period of the lease at which time the comp^ any woud assume ownership of the building.
