Thursday, February 11, Mrs. H. J. Racer, Mrs. Gilbert Updike, and Mr?.’ D. D. Miller all of Washington, Va., accompanied Miss Anna Ruth Barnette, Home Demonstration Agent, to Fredericksburg, where th^y attended a meeting at Trinity Episcopal Church on International Understanding which was sponsored by Districts VII and XII of Virginia Home Demonstration Clubs.
Dr. Laura Sumer of Mary Washington College, gave a most interesting talk on understanding our neighboring countries throughout the yfoj\d. Dr. Sumner was well quaWfed as she has visited and worked with other countries.
