Foster and unanimously adopted, the "Board instructed its Clerk to give Notice as provided by law in Title 33, Section 47 «f the 1950 Code of Virginia, that Representatives of the Department of Highways will meet with the Board otf Supervisors of Rappahannock County at the Court House of said County on Wednesday, March 2, 1960 at ten o’clock A.M. for the purpose of discussing and advising with the Board and Citi zens present at said meeting, plans and proposals for the maintenance and improvement, including in • struction and reconstruction of such roads in the Secondary System or State Highways in Rappahannock'- County, the said NOTICE/to be published in the Rappahannock News in the issues of February 11th and 18th, 1960; and the Clerk was further instructed to phst a copy of said Notice on the Bulletin Board at the Court House add mail copies thereof to the said [Resident 'Engineer.
