Mrs. W. E. Hicks of Waynesboro, Va. announces the engagement of her sister, Mary Louise Matthews of Orange, Va. to Thomas Haywood Jenkins, son of Mrs. Benjamin Jenkins and the late Mr. Jenkins of Rappahannock County. No date has been set for the wedding.

Institute

Town and Country Institute will be held at the parish hall in Washington, Va. March 25th.
