Wednesday Mrs. C. A. Smith, Rev. and Mrs. John Hodge, Mrs. A. C. Latham attended a Missionary meeting in Richmond.

Mr. and Mrs. Everett Rowzie of Alexandria were weekend guests of Mrs. J. L. Walter.

Capt. L. B. Stuart has returned to his home from the hospital

Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Johnson of Culpeper were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Mrs. Annie Latham.TVlrs. Latham is spending this week with Mrs. Flossie Silvey in Warrenton.

Edward Tapp spent Monday in Washington, D. C. amd in the afternoon visited Mrs. Mary Collins and Mrs. Fannie McQuinn in Clarendon.

Mrs. A. C. Latham entertained at a family dinner Sunday honoring the birthday of her son Richard Latham. Guests included Mrs. J. Richard Latham and children Judy, Jim and Cliff, Peyton Anderson of Arlington, Miss Mary Haynes of Warrenton, Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne and son Billy, Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder and daughters Jennifer and Beverly, and Mrs. Sarah Latham and her daughters Elizabeth, Nancy, Sally and Susan.

Miss Mary Haynes of Warrenton was a weekend guest of Mrs. A. C. Latham. Saturday evening Mrs. Latham and her house guest were visitors of Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Payne.

Mr. and Mrs. James Smith and Billy and Brenda Dunn of Washington, D. C. were house guests from Saturday until Monday of Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Latham. Sunday the Lathams and guests and Mrs. Richard Latham and Dickie Latham were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Elliott Doyle.

Miss Elizabeth Latham was an overnight guest Monday of Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Latham and family at Horner Hill Farm.
