Mrs. Lewis Turner accompanied by Mrs. J. Frank Jones went to Richmond Saturday where they were joined by Miss C a r o 1 y ni Gates Turner and John Turner and attended “My Fair Lady.” Miss Turner and Mr. Turner accompanied their mother home and were over night guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Settle and children and Miss Ann Lee were supper guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Fincham.
J. E. Keyser returned to his home on Blue Ridge Avenue Saturday from Warren Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Russell Sutphin of Flint Hill is assisting Mrs. Keyser in caring for Mr. Keyser.
Saturday Mrs. R. L. Cheatham and Mrs. John Keyser were in Front Royal on business.
Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Miller were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. William Williams at the Skyline Terrace in Front Royal.
Rt. Rev. Lloyd R. Craighill and Mrs. Craighill were over night guests Saturday of Rev. and Mrs. William Parrish at the Rectory. Bishop Craighill conducted the confirmation, service at Trinity Episcopal Church Sunday. Following the service Sunday, a coffee hour was held in the parish hall.
The Amissville-Washington H. D. 'Club will meet Thursday, March 24 at 2 p.m. at Maple Spring, the home of Mrs. D. D. Miller. Different periods of furniture will be studied at the meeting.
Mr. and Mrs. Wade H. Massie, III were Thursday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Miller at their home Mt. Prospect. Friday Capt. William Wiener, Mrs, Veronica Keating and Tim Keating had dinner with the Millers.
