A package of your favorite corn muffin mix saves time in wee morning hours but no one will ever dream they aren’t from scratch. Dress ’em up with an orange glaze and chopped nutmeats and spread each bite with fresh comb honey. Add orange juice, Canadian bacon, a poached egg and coffee air milk to complete the menu. Hmm, fit for a icing!. ORANGE ‘N’ HONEY MUFFINS Mokes It muffitu Glazes 1 tablespoon honey X tablespoon butter me margarine 1/2 teaspoon orange juice Niffiiii One 12-ox. pkg. (1-8/4 cups) Flako Corn Muffin Mix 1 W 2/8 cup milk Heat oven to hot (400*F.). For muffins, empty contents of package into bowl: add egg and milk. Blend.onljr until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened. (Batter should be slightly lumpy.) Fill greased medium-sized muffin cups half full. Bake in preheated oven (400*F.) about IE minutes ornntil golden brown. While muffins are baking, combine honey, butter and orange Juice in small pan and melt over low heat.
