Marriage Announced Mr. and Mrs. Arthur R. Smedley of Front Royal announce the marriage of their daughter, Dorothy Ann, to Si dwell Thompsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Thompsen of Spertyville, on January 27. The ceremony took place in the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Takama Park, Md. Tbe couple will reside in Washington, D. C.
Washington WSCS To Meet The Washington Methodist Church Woman’s Society of Christian Service will meet Thursday night, February 16 at the home of Mrs. Floyd Compton and Mrs. Jessie Rowzie. The meeting had been set for a later date, but due to the cancellation of the George Washington’s Birthday dinner, the meeting will be held on the regular night, Thursday after the second Sunday of the month.
