The Mountain Rujn Watershed, located in central Culpeper County. Virginia, was selected as the National Award Winner at the Eighth Annual Conference of the National Watershed Congress, which is meeting in zona this week. Culpeper Mayor T. I. Martin and L. Soil Conservationist Conservation Servicje, United States Department of Agriculture, received the award the Culpeper Soil District, the Town and the Mountain Run Watershed Association. The Honorable Jack Daniels, Delegate to the General Assembly from Chatlotte County and Chairman of the State Soil Conservation Committee also attended from Virginia.
