The 4-H Share The Fun Contest, an annual activity of the 4-H dubs, was -scheduled for May 19 and will be held af Washington Elementary School. Appointed to plan the contest program were Judy Lillard, Tish Kilby, and Lyle Updike.
The annual county 4-H picnic is to be held at Woodland Park, Luray during the first week of July. Francis Updike, Kathryn Nalls and Lillian Reeve weTe appointed to be in charge of arrangements for the picnic.
A nominating committee, to present a slate of officers for election at the fall meeting of the council. On the committee are Joan Hickerson, Susan Schaefer and Harrison Powers.
Seven 4-H clubs of Rappahannock County were represented at the meeting of the County Council.
