The object of this suit i* to quiet and partition title to the lands of Mary Ann Judd Baker and establish die ride of William J. Woodward, complainant, in die above mentioned Bill of Complaint, to certain lands in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said lands containing 8 or 10 acres, a portion of said lands having been obtained by the complainant, William J. Woodward, from certain of the heirs of said Mary Ann Judd Baker.
