Program Scheduled
At Elementary Schools

The Seventh Grade Commencement Program will be held at the Washington Elementary School in Washington, Va., Tuesday, June 5, 1962 at 7:30 p.m.
Devotions for the program will’ be given by Ellis Smith and Ronny Stover. Class speakers are Diana Carr, Carl Clark, Barry Jolliffe, Hazel 'Hawkins, Larry Jolliffe and Frances Tharp.
Poetry will be read by Steve Baily, Jeannie Smoot, Frank Huff, AHetta Beebe, Shirley Dodson, Carroll Sanders, Donald Keyser and Martha Walter. Nancy Buntin will present the class prophecy.
Mr. John G. Warner, principal of the school, will introduce the speaker, Mr. Irvin R. Kilby, who is Chairman of the Rappahannock County School Board.
Certificates will be presented to the Seventh Grade students by Mr. E. O. Kirby, Business Manager of Warren-Rappahannock School Systems.
Seventh Grade Commencement Exercises at Sperryville Elementary School will be held Wednesday evening, June 6 at 8 p.m. EDT in the school auditorium. The theme of the program is “Tomorrow Begins Today.”
Mr. O. A. Norton, Superintendent of Warren-Rappahannock Schools will present certificates to die students.
