Cancer Crusade Just
Short Of Goal
We didn't quite reach our goal of $500 for the Cancer Crusade in Rappahannock, but we shot the feathers out of it. We have received the following amounts: Special gift $5; Wakefield District $109; Hampton District $100; Jackson District $65.47;; Piedmont District $63.25; Storewall District $71.56; Hawthorne District $38; making a total of $452.28.
Each district chairman did a wonderful job, as did Mrs. Mary L. Payne, Treasurer and the Rappahannock News, publicity. Thank you all.
