BEING the same premises which Allen C. Byers and Mary M. Byers by deed dated June 8, 1969 and recorded in Rappahannock County Deed Book 70 page 217 granted and conveyed into OLee Gray and Marian V. Byers his wife, by deed dated August 27, 1959 and recorded in Rappahannock County, Virginia, Deed Book 70 page 459 granted and conveyed unto O. Lee Gray and Marian V- Gray his wife.
