The Culpeper Star-Exponent will begin daily publication on Monday, March 4, of this year, Walter B. Potter, editor and publisher, announced today. Published-.weekly since 1881, the Star-Exponent will be published in the afternoons, Monday through Friday. No Saturday issue- is planned at this time. Application for Associated Press membership has been made by the Star-Exponent, Mr. Potter said. AP service will add State, National and International news coverage to local news coverage in the daily publication. A number of feature services, including comics, will also be added. t Home delivery carrier service will be instituted in Culpeper and nearby towns, Mr. Potter said.
