Mrs. Leroy Boyd of the W. A. Russell Graded School in Flint Hill has headed a series of Christmas Seal programs in the graded schools and ; churches in Rappahannock County. The 32 students of the five grades at W. A. Russell J school presented a Christmas Pageant, telling oi; the nativity with a silver offering for the Seal Campaign. Talks were made at Amissvilleand Scrabble Schools. Programs were also given at the Bethel Baptist Church at Amissville and at the Washington Church. Assisting Mrs. Boyd were the various teachers and Mrs Julie E. Boddie. Over $50.00 has been raised thus far, including a donation from the Rappahannock Teachers Association. Mrs. Boyd said*'Everyone has been most cooperative in | helping let our people know ! that tuberculosis is not licked and that every cent possible is needed to keep the fight going until it is conquered.”
