The Woodville Home Demonstration Club held its December meeting at Mrs. C. B. Johnsons, on Monday the 17th. A very interesting and seasonal demonstration on candle making was given by Miss Barbara Jones, Coun ’ty Home Agent, The next meeting which is to be on table setting is scheduled for Friday, January 11. Following the program the hostess served delicious refreshments to those present, Miss Nellie Johnson, Miss Lillie Johnson, Miss Mattie Rector, Mrs. B. G. Titchenell, Sue Titchenell, Mrs. Butler, who is soon to be a resident of Woodville, and Miss Jones.
Hunt Club Party
Held at Panorama
The Rappahannock Hunt held its annual New Year’s Eve party at Panorama and was attended by approximately eighty people, and was reported to be enjoyed by all present.
