Young People Help
In Sale of Seals
Young people in the communities are helping in the annual Christmas Seal campaign of the Warren-Rappahannock-Clarke Tuberculosis Association. Last week the Methodist Youth Fellowship members of Flint Hill, including the Rev. J. B. Grimmer, Miss Barbara ClatterbuckandMr. Louis Miller prepared 2740 follow-up notes to those people who have not answered their Christmas Seal Letter. The Theta Theta Theta members conducting the bangle sales in Front Royal included Misses Kirklyn Stratton, Robin Bean, Sue Parrish, Pat Forbes, Margaret Denny, Sally Boucher, Carlene Whorley, Patty Monington, Sally Spangler, Betty Sue Nethers, Barbara Joyce and Janet Rappaport, and collected $51.05. Board Members of the WRC TB Association in charge of the activities were Mrs. W. A. Gentry of Flint Hill and Mr. W. Kirk Stratton of Front Royal, assisted by Mrs. Gladys H. Lewis, Executive Director. The tc^gl receipts of contributions to date have reached $7061.56 but more is needed to reach last year’s total of $7279.34, it was reported by Mrs. Lewis.
