The Rappahannock Garden Club held Its annual Christinas luncheon Saturday, December 7 at Cab-Inn, Sperryville with about 25 members and guests present. The luncheon takes the place of the regular December meeting and wrapped gifts are judged in place of the usual flower exhibits and then exchanged by those present. The traditional turkey dinner began with hot mulled cider and completed with pumpkin pie.Mrs. Thonipsen was given a rising vote of thanks by those present for the delicious meal. The tables were decorated with candles, red berries and greens with the usual Garden Club flair for Christmas decorations and gave a hint of the lovely things to be expected at the Green Sale to be held Thursday the 19th which the Garden Club is sponsoring at
