NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Sections 29-125, 29-126 and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries on November 9, 1963 adopted the following changes in its Regulations.
Amended Regulation 75 to read as follows:
75. TROT LINES OR SET POLES: It shall he lawful to use trot lines or set poles statewide, with the exception of all stocked trout waters and within 600 feet of any dam, for the purpose of taking non-game fish and turtles provided no live bait is used.
Rescinded Regulation 105 which reads as follows:
105. SEASON FOR FISHING EAST OF BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS AND IN PUBLIC IMPOUNDMENTS STATEWIDE: It shall be lawful to fish at any time for any species of fish in all public impounded waters of the State and in all public streams east of the Blue Ridge Mountains except, however, in the public streams east of the Blue Ridge Mountains which have been stocked with trout where it shall be unlawful to fish at any time except during the open season fof taking trout.
The foregoing shall become effective January 1, 1964.
