Christmas Seal Report •
"Reminders have gone out to those citizens who haven’t answered their Christmas Seal letters, just as a nudge, that the Campaign is not over and that their help is needed,,” voiced the County Christmas Seal Chairman.
The County Christmas Seal head told of the thoughts behind the Christmas Seal for this year when she said the youthful artist explained that what she tried to portray as a "scene of peace, wonder and well-being ... all the things that Christmas Seals are intended to protect.” The artist, Miss Judith Campbell Piussi, , went on "See, it’s the holiday, season. The kids have finished their snowman. The twilight snowflakes are falling around him while his scarf waves in the wind. And here in the other panel a warm light shities from the cheerful little house where the children have gone inside from their play. It’s . Christmas, and the family is together like families everywhere.”
