Washington V. F. D. Elects Officers
At the December meeting of the Washington Volunteer Fire Department the following officers were elected: President Charlie Jenkins, Vice-President-W. F. Moffett, Jr., ChiefGibson Wharton, Ass’t. Chief - Ernest Lillard, Secretary & Treasurer-Henry Hudson, Directors - Edgar Hawkins, Clyde Jenkins and Lester Burke. Engineers - Charlie Jenkins, Edward Hudson and Charles Jenkins. The Washington Company also started their annual drive on selling Fire Extenguishers.
