Dear Mrs. Latham: Last Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the company of Mr. S. E. Hening, fellow Sperryville resident, I paid my first visit to the Rappahannock Public Library. Herewith are may impressions of the Library and the service it is prepared to render the citizens of the County. I was pleased to find the Library so attractively housed and so competently and agreeable staffed and with a fastgrowing collection of books for a wide variety of tastes. As is quite generally known, much has been done and is being done by the energetic sparkplug of the movement for the establishment of a Rappahannock Public Library, Mrs. B.M.Miller. Others have rendered valuable assistance and are continuing to do so.
