Clifton C. Clark of Woodville Va. was elected president of the Northern Virginia Fox Hunters Association for 1964 at the re-organizational meeting held in Culpeper December 11th. Mr. Clark succeeds past president Robert C. Apperson of Culpeper. Other officers elected include: Mrs. Wilma Jean Hitt, Secy-Treas.; Vice Presidents from each of the five counties embracing the organizational area were: Culpeper, Kenneth Weakley; Fauquiei, Sam Hall; Madison, N. E. Lohr; Orange L. F. Brooking and Rappahannock, W. H. Lyne. Between now and January 17th, the tentative date setfor the next meeting, members on the county levels are to meet to elect new directors in completing re-organizations.
