at Massies corner, construction funds totaling $325,000 have been allocated by the Highway Commission for this project which has a construction estimate of $818,000. The estimated cost of right of way and necessary adjustment of public utilities on this section is estimated at $70,000. If sufficient funds can be made available by the Highway Commission construction may be started during the Summer or Fall of next year. Following completion of the project at Massies Corner and as funds are made available, we plan to continue construction of the entire section.
