Incidentally Walter Crafgle had in his Hoof Prints Column of the Times Dispatch last Sunday that the Lippezzaner stallions of the famous riding school of Vienna will be put through their paces at the Coliseum at Washington, D. C. April 15th-19th. These are the famous white horses rescued by General Patton, as I recall, from the Russians during World War II. Also, am I right in recalling that Walt Disney recently did a movie on them? Regardless; to have an opportunity to see these Lippezzaners perform so nearby is indeed fortunate and a must on any horseman's calendar.
