Miss Harriet Goode spent the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Richard Goode in Winchester. Miss Goode will go to Natural Bridge on Saturday for a two day 4-H Midwinter All Star Conference. Gn Sunday she will go to Blacksburg to attend the Outdoor Recreation Symposium at V. P. I returning home on Friday. Mrs. A. G. Buntin of Danville arrived last week at the home of her son and daughterin-law, Mr. and Mrs. William A. Buntin for an indefinite stay. Mrs. H. J. Racer spent the week-end with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. William A. Curtis in Clinton, Md. ' Guy Burke returned to his home Friday after several weeks stay at the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center at Fishersville. Sunday dinner guests of the BurkeswereMr. and Mrs. Trenton Burke and two sons David and Dickey of Culpeper. Miss Carolyn Brock has returned to George Washington University after spending last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brock at the semester break. Dr. and Mrs. Howard Berger of Falls Church spent some time this week-end at their home Clairmonte. Miss Frances Wood and Miss Alice Wood returned Sunday to their respective schools in Staunton and New York City after spending the week-end with their .mother, Mrs. F. Downing Wood at Sunnyside. Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Scudere returned home by plane Monday of last week after spending several weeks in Florida. After spending some time in Miami and Hollywood they visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Blades in Nakomis, Fla. Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Eastham were Sunday dinner guests of Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. Their daughter Miss Lizzie Eastham returned home with them after spending a week with Mrs. ^assie. Mr. and Mrs. William Hugo Jennings of Burlington, N. C. were week-end guests of Mr. -and-Mrs- Thomas B.; Massie at Rose Hill Farm. Mrs. Jennings and Mrs. Massie were former college roommates. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Guy of Virginia Episcopal Theological Seminary in Alexandria were Saturday over-night , guests of the Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer. Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett, Miss Annie Cooksey, Mrs. Wade H. Massie, Jr. and Miss Lizzie Eastham were Saturday dinner guests of Judge and Mrs. B. M. Miller. Sunday dinner guests were Mr. and Mrs. Mark Johnson and family of Luray. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Price of Front Royal were Sunday supper guests of ’Mr. and Mrs. P. W. Scudere* Mr. and Mrs. H.
