Jessie Clark Clater of Sperryville died Monday,February 3, 1964, In a Front Royal hospital. Son of the late Luther F. Clater and Emily Caroline Pullen, his wife, he was 52. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Jenkins Clater; two sons, Kenneth Clater of Sperryville and Daniel Clater of Bamberg, Germany; one sis. ter, Mrs. Nina Mae Bennett of NokeBville and one brother Isaac R. Clater of Nokesville. A funeral service will be Jeld Thursday Feb. 6. at 3:30 >.m. in Sperryville Cemetery :he Rev. Clyde F. Melton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Charles Dodson, Pete Clater, F. D. Coffey, Arthur Davidson.Dr. J. P. Snead, Jr., Wilson Burke, Harold Brown, and Buck Lewis. The remains are resting in the Geest chapel.

She is survived by four sons, Elmer E. Gore and Richard R. Gore, both of Castleton, E* ward Pendleton Gore of Bryans Road, Md., and Ennis A. Gore of Culpeper; three daughters, Mrs. A. L. Compton of Manassas, Mrs. Menefee Utz of Castleton and Mrs. Della Marino of Washington, D. C.; 15 grandchildren and one great, grandson; and two sisters.Mrs. Paul Woodard of Rixeyville and Mrs. Nannie Brown of Culpeper.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, February 4, at 11:00 a. m. at Gourdvine Baptist Church of which she was a member. Interment followed In the church cemetery. The Rev. F. Edison Cleland,pastor pf the church, conducted the Last rites. Pallbearers were John Paul Woodward, Ellis F. Gore.Mil:on Cprder, Earl R. Gore, Samuel M. Compton, Floyd M. Utz, Robert C.
