Sperryville 4-H’ers Meet
The Sperryville I 4-H Club met April 20th. The president, Hope Bailey called the meeting to order. The secretary, Barbara Durden, read the minutes of the last meeting and then called the roll. Devotion leader, Mary Lynn Smelly, gave a devotion. The song leader, Bonnie Dodson, lead us in the songs, •The 4-H Trail* and “I Wish I Was A Little Blackbug.” At the last meeting the president chose a committee for Share The Fun. Janet Payne, Frances Pullen, Bill Kilby and Jimmie Deal were on the compinittee,
Janet Payne, as chairman gave the report. Three members will participate in the program. Then the president adjourned the meeting for project work. Today the boys watched the girls in their project work. We saw an experiment on cooking eggs and a demonstration on making sandwiches.

W. S. C.S. Meets With Mrs. Bradford
The W. S. C. S. of Flint Hill Methodist Church met on April 23 at the home of Mrs. M. R. Bradford with the following members present;Mrs. Jame8Grimmer, Mrs. E. M. Eastham, Mrs. Wiley Gentry, Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. G. W. Smith, jr„ Mrs. Emory Russell and Mrs. Frank Qary. Mrs. Frank Cary who is leaving soon to make her home in Woodstock was presented with a silver bowl *in loving appreciation of her years of service" in the society.
