Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Pries^ Ray and Joe visited Mr. and Mrs. Scott Lockhart Sunday in Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Bernie Burnette of Richmond spent the week-end with Mrs. Burnette’s parents Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Williams. Miss Joyce Ralls of Front Royal spent Sunday afternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Willie Gardiner Wines.

The Sperryville Bridge Club with additional guests was entertained on Friday evening by Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr. Those present were Mrs. T. J. Pillar, Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Flynt, Mr. and Mrs. E. V. Goddard, Mrs. R. E. Patzig, Col. and Mrs. Roy L. Reeve, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs Mary Botts Quaintance, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. Charles H. Estes, Mrs. I. R. Kilby, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Mrs. I. O. Wolf and Mrs. R. E. Thorny son. Prizes were awarded to Mrs. Estes, Mrs. Miller and Mr. Goddard.
