Mr*. Edith Hisle
Mrs. Edith Hisle, of Amissville widow of Herbert Hisle, formerly of Missouri, died Tuesday, October 19, 1965 in* Staunton hospital at the acre of 85. She was the daughter of the late William H. Bowen and the late Lucy Cliser Bowen. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Fanny Compton of Wash ington, D. C. and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held Thursday, October 21 at 2 p. m. at Geest Funeral Chapel, Culpeper with interment in Washington Masonic Cemetery, Washington, Va. The Rev. Charles Kindred of Amissville officiated.
Mrs. John A. Rust
Mrs. Inez Cowles Rust died Monday, October 18 in Atlanta at the age of 50. She is survived by her husband John A. Rust of Atlanta^ two sons, John Robert Rust of Beaumont, Texas and Charles Rust at North Carolina State College, Raleigh; Also by four sisters Mrs. Robert Rust and Mrs. Florence Rich-, ardson of Flint Hill, Mrs. MeT ton Craves of Fredericksburg and Mrs. Woodrow Graves of Richmond. A funeral service was held Thursday, October 21 at 2;30 p.m. from the Scott Funeral Home in Front Royal with interment in Prospect Hill cemetery. The service was conducted by the Rev. J. Woman’s Day of Prayer
The Baptist Woman’s Day df Prayer will be observed by the Washington Missionary Society on November 1, 1965 at 2 p. m. in the Educational Building of the Washington Baptist Church. All the ladies of the church are invited.
