excellent fishing. Mr. Davis added his collection of artifacts which were picked up around the Motel for the most part. They were most interesting in that besides the usual arrows and hammers he found many pieces of stone utensils which might mean that a permanent Indian camp or Trading Post existed here in the Town of Washington. He urged that we check more closely on the odd and worn stones we find around our fence rows and in the fields after the first rain following plowing. The Historical Society is planning a Museum and there will be much interest in the collections of relics. Anyone knowing of a concentration of artifacts at any particular area is invited to let the Society know, and an investigation by the Committee on
