Pallbearers were Jesse Carpenter, Gid Jenkins, Charlie Racer, Hugh Courtney, Mason Green, William A, Curtis, Fred A. Green, Jr. and George Edward Green.
L. N. Singleton
Lionel L. Singleton, 62, of Melrose Park, 111. died Decern ber 2, 1965 at his residence. He was a former resident of Sperryville, the son of the late Erasmus J. Singleton and the late Bessie Herndon Singleton of Rappahannock County. He was an employee of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway, Chicago. Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Clarice Clark of Sperryville and two brothers, Rudolph G. Singleton of Fayetteville, N.C. and Harry H. Singleton of Gary, Ind. His wife, Mrs. Dorothy Ryan Singleton died about two years ago.
