And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants Rachael Wood Piehler, Alcinda Marie Piehler, John Andrew Piehler, and Steve Manos are non-residents of the State of Virginia and that the unborn children of Rachael Wood Piehler, the unborn children of Mildred Wood Maney, the unborn issue of Rachael Wood Piehler, the unborn issue of Mildred Wood Maney, the unknown heirs of Rachael Wood Piehler, the unknown heirs of Mildred Wood Maney, the unknown heirs of Alcinla Marie Piehler, the unknown heirs of Rachael Maney Frazier; the unknown heirs of Mildred Maney Mautz; the unknown heirs of Jacqueline Sue Maney, the unknown heirs of the unborn children of Rachael Wood Piehler, the unknown heirs of the unborn children of Mildred Wood Maney, persons or parties unknown or persons yet to be born or created are parties unknown, and that there are or may be persons) interested in the subject to be disposed of whose names and addresses are unknown, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein Within ten days after the entry of this order of publicaion and file a cerificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
