Hillsdale Theatre To Open
The Washington Theatre will close for the summer after the showing of the films sched uled for Friday and Saturday, April 22 and 23. On Friday, April 29, the Hillsdale DriveIn Theatre will open for the summer season. Movies will be shown on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays of each week
Knitting Class Students To Graduate
The tjasic Knitting Class, sponsored by the A rts & C rafts Project and the Flint Hill Home Demonstration Club, will hold its graduation and exhibition of work completed, Thursday, April 28 at the home of Mrs. Mary Cleverley, instructor, at 7:30 p.m. All interested friends are invited to attend. The group of six graduates has two grandmother-granddaughter combinations. Mrs. Ruth Perkins of Sperryville is the grandmother of Cindy Cumins, second grade pupil, of Sperryville and Mrs. Lena Wpodward of Castleton, grandmother of Miss Dale Woodward, 14 years old, of Castleton. Others in the class are Eleanor D. Brown of Sperryville and Mrs. A. C. Hensley of Castleton.
